Q&A
Shipping fraud |
---|
Hi, I was interested in purchasing some product from your website until I saw the shipping cost. It is absolutely ridiculous so I gathered some data regarding to how the shipping cost would scale up with an increase in items in your cart. What I have discovered is that your initial charge for shipping to where I am living is $25. That is the price of a piece of garment on your store spent on shipping. As the number of items increase, the cost of shipping decreases drastically except for when adding on your fifth item. It decreased all the way down to somewhere around $3 per item so it makes no sense for it to cost $25 for adding the first item, and almost $17 for adding on the fifth item when everything after 5 items is less than $4 each. If this is not a some sort of method to gain financial benefit, I don't know what is. Hopefully you can knock down the price of shipping for me. I have attached a excel file containing the data so you can see for yourself. Thanks! Devin |
